I am Here to Help

I spent 25 years in IT as a developer, architect, and consultant. I know your world from the inside: the pressure, the constant problem-solving, the identity that gets quietly wrapped up in being the person who has all the answers.

I also know what it feels like when that stops being enough.

My coaching is for heads of IT, architects, VPs, directors, and senior tech leaders who are navigating the gap between the career they've built and the life they actually want. Not because something has gone catastrophically wrong — but because something important is asking to change.

This is not generic life coaching. It is focused, structured work: on who you are beneath the role, what you actually need, and what a next chapter built on your own terms could look like.

How we work together

We meet weekly or bi-weekly. 60-minute sessions by video, or in person if you're in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Between sessions, you have direct support via WhatsApp, Signal, or Slack. We set clear goals at the start of the engagement and review progress at structured intervals.

The work itself is open, honest and demanding. I ask questions that cut through the noise. I don't tell you what to do - I help you get clear on what you actually want, and then build the path toward it together.

What I bring that most coaches cannot: I understand your world without needing it explained. The corporate world, the politics, the way identity fades away in seniority and technical credibility. I've lived it. I hear you. I understand.

Is this for you?

This work is for you if:

You are successful...

... by every external measure - and quietly exhausted by it.

You have started wondering...

... whether what comes next looks anything like what came before.

You are the person with answers...

... for everyone else,
but you have no clear answers for yourself.

You know something needs to change...

... but you haven't had the space, or permission, to figure out what.

If any of this sounds familiar, the right next step is a conversation. No commitment, no pitch. Just an honest discussion about where you are and whether working together makes sense.

Testimonials

Calling Agnes just 'Transformational' would downplay what she is capable of. I think she do have a kind of 'magical' power - understanding life, understanding your situation, and reaching into it with such empathy and care, that would really help you find (at a time of her life, she was the titular Ms Search - she knows how to find things) how to break down your limiting beliefs and fulfill your life's true purpose.

I called upon Agnes at the time of a difficult transition. She has been the most empathetic, patient and insightful listener one could hope for. In addition to being a great coach, what helped even more is her background and experience in tech, so she was familiar with the challenges I faced and provided really relevant and insightful feedback and guidance. I am really grateful to Agnes for her kindness and support and would wholeheartedly recommend her as a life coach.

I have known Agnes for many years ... I have also had the privilege of spending time talking with her about how to be clearer and more intentional about my own personal and professional goals - and develop a plan to make them actionable. Her insights and the actions she models are truly inspirational. It will be hard to find a more valuable partner and role model.

I was extremely blessed to have Agnes as a life coach for 6 months ... In my work with her, Agnes was a witness, a confidant, a guide, and a success partner ...  Her questions and reflections led me down paths that helped me explore old challenges with new eyes. I’ve had new revelations that have set me off on the path towards meaningful transformation.

I originally connected with Agnes Molnar for her search expertise, and our work quickly evolved into life coaching that had a profound impact on me. Agnes helped me see challenges from new perspectives, recognize self-imposed limitations, and regain clarity at a time when I felt stuck. With her guidance, I was able to move past a slump and push forward with renewed confidence and momentum. I highly recommend Agnes for anyone seeking both strategic insight and meaningful personal growth.

You've built an impressive career in tech. You've led teams, delivered hard things, and been the person others rely on when it gets complicated.

But somewhere along the way, the role stopped energising you — or you stopped being able to feel it. The work is still there. The responsibility is still there. The title is still there.

Something else isn't.

You're not sure what's wrong, exactly. You just know that performing competence on the outside while running on empty on the inside is not sustainable — and it's not who you are.

This isn't a crisis. It's a signal.
And it's one worth listening to.
