Before Another Year of "Fine"

Guided Workshop with Agnes Molnar
I know I can but I cannot - invisible wall.jpg

A private year-end workshop for people whose impressive life no longer fits.

Tuesday 8 December 2026 · 18:00–19:30 CET · Online (Zoom)

The year is ending.

And somewhere between the deadlines and the December lists… there’s a question you keep not asking.

How was this year, really?

Not on paper. On paper, it was fine. You delivered. People rely on you. You said “I’m fine” more times than you can count.

Maybe you meant it a little less each time.

What this evening is

This is not a goal-setting session. No vision boards. No resolutions. No “make next year your best year yet.”

It’s a quiet, honest look at the year… and at something many of us carry without a name: mid-career emptiness. The tiredness sleep doesn’t fix. The heaviness on Sunday evening. The sense that something has to change, even though nothing looks wrong.

Most people I work with have known for years. What they were waiting for was permission to say it. Even just to themselves.

That’s what this evening is for.

This is a guided workshop. I lead you through the evening, and you work privately, in your own workbook. It will arrive in your inbox the day before.

During the evening

  • Arrive. A short, guided check-in. Where is this year sitting in your body?

  • The Illusion of Fine. Why high achievers become so good at not noticing.

  • The year, honestly. Private writing: What did this year cost me? What am I pretending not to know? How long have I known?

  • Burnout or misalignment? A simple self-check across four kinds of energy.

  • Real questions, coached live. Sent to me anonymously beforehand, so you see what this work looks like without anyone being exposed.

  • One sentence of permission. Written for you. Not for anyone else.

You’ll leave with

  • A clearer, kinder view of where you actually are

  • Your workbook, with your own words in it

  • The replay of the teaching parts

  • One small next step. For January, not for tonight.

Your privacy, protected

I know how private this can be. During the workshop, cameras are optional, and your first name or initials are fine. There are no breakout rooms, nobody is called on, and you never have to speak. Everything you write stays in your own workbook.

You can be in the room… and still be entirely on your own.

Is this for you?

It might be, if…

  • your life looks good from the outside and feels empty underneath

  • you’re tired in a way a holiday doesn’t fix

  • you keep saying “next year” to something you already know

  • you don’t want advice or a pep talk… just space to see clearly

It’s probably not for you if you’re looking for goal-setting or productivity tips.

About me

I’m Agnes. For 25 years I built a career in technology. Developer, architect, consultant… the “world-renowned expert.” And one day I sat at my desk and thought: is this really it?

It took me years to find my way through. Forest walks. Sleepless nights. A new country. Rebuilding almost everything. Today I coach high-achieving people through the same quiet crossroads. One step at a time.

You don’t need to have anything figured out.

You just need to show up… even with your camera off.
