Founding Cohort - Now Open
From Crisis to Clarity
The Career Transition Journey
If you're reading this, chances are you already know.
Something in your career isn't working anymore.
Maybe you can't name it yet. Maybe you've been carrying it for months—years, even—while telling everyone you're fine.
On paper, things might look good. The title. The salary. The experience. The good life. - But there's a gap between what your career looks like from the outside and how it feels on the inside.
The Sunday scaries that never quite go away.
The 2am Google searches: "career change at 40."
The quiet dread of another Monday pretending everything is fine.
You're not imagining this. And you're not alone.
Career transition is one of the most disorienting experiences a professional can go through. Especially when you've built your identity around being competent, capable, and in control.
Admitting "this isn't working" can feel like failure. It isn't.
It's the beginning.
Career transitions follow a pattern.
After years of working with professionals navigating career change, and going through my own brutal transition out of a 25-year tech career, I've found that everyone moves through the same four stages.
Not in a straight line. Not on a schedule. Not following the same repeatable script.
But through a recognizable pattern that, once you see it, makes everything feel less chaotic.
STAGE 1: REALIZE
"Am I broken?"
Admitting something has to change. Dropping the mask. Giving yourself permission to feel what you've been suppressing.
STAGE 2: EXPLORE
"Who am I? What do I want?"
Reconnecting with your values, identity, and desires. Navigating the overwhelm of possibilities without forcing a decision.
STAGE 3: ARTICULATE
"Here I am!"
Finding words for who you're becoming. Crafting your story and owning your value—out loud, without apologizing.
STAGE 4: ACTIVATE
"One step at a time."
Taking strategic action without paralysis. Building momentum through small, brave steps that actually move you forward.
This program walks you through all four stages. Gently. Not alone. Together, in a small group of people who get it.
This is the founding cohort. I've guided people through these stages for years in 1:1 coaching — this is the first time I'm bringing it to a group. That means you'll help shape this program as much as it shapes you.
Founding members receive a reduced rate and a voice in how future cohorts evolve.

Is this for you?
This program is for mid-career professionals who carry a lot - big roles, big hearts - and are quietly realizing that something needs to change.
This is for you if:
✅ You're burned out, and no amount of vacation is fixing it
✅ You're facing a reorg or layoff and don't know what's next
✅ You know something needs to change — but you can't name it yet
✅ You're exploring options but overwhelmed by the possibilities (or the lack of them)
✅ You're tired of pretending "fine" is good enough
✅ You want to make a move but feel paralyzed
✅ You're done going through this alone
This is not for you if:
✖️ You're looking for a quick-fix career hack or a magic formula
✖️ You want someone to tell you what to do (this is coaching, not consulting)
✖️ You're not willing to be honest with yourself and a small group
✖️ You're looking for productivity optimization, not transformation
Most of my clients are senior professionals in tech and consulting. People who are used to solving everyone else's problems - and have no idea how to solve their own.
12 weeks. 4 stages. One small group.
This isn't a course. It's a journey. One that unfolds at the pace of real transformation.
I've been coaching people through these stages individually for years. This is the first time I'm opening the process to a group - and I'm keeping it small on purpose.
8 people. One cohort. The founding group.
Every two weeks, you'll move through a new part of the transition process in a live
90-minute session. Between sessions, you'll have homework, journaling prompts, and a Slack community to keep the conversation going. And between each stage, a full week to breathe, integrate, and let things land.
Because real change needs space. Not more hustle.
The Rhythm
The sessions will be on Tuesdays, 17:00-18:30 CET. (Convert to your time zone HERE.)
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
9 Live Group Sessions
90 minutes each. Small group (max. 8 people). Cameras on. Real conversations, not webinars.
3 Integration Break Weeks
Guided homework, journaling prompts, space to process, and ongoing support. Because transformation needs room to breathe.
3 Individual 1:1 Sessions with Agnes
Intake (before the program), Midpoint (Week 6), and Follow-up (4–6 weeks after). Your personal thread through the group journey.
Slack Community
A private space for the group—during the program and 3 months after. Not another inbox. A safe place to share, reflect, and be witnessed. A place to belong to.
Homework & Journaling Prompts
Carefully designed between-session work. Practical exercises, reflective writing, and somatic practices.
Tools & Frameworks
Downloadable worksheets, maps and other resources: ERRC Matrix, Values Card Sort, Possibility Map, 30-Day Action Plan, Personal Transition System.
Can't attend a session?
For privacy reasons, and because we'll discuss sensitive topics, the sessions will not be recorded. It is highly recommended that you attend each - in case you cannot, you'll get all the resources and frameworks, and support on Slack to catch-up.
Accountability Partnership
Paired with another participant for support that extends beyond the program.
1 scholarship spot is available in the Purchase Power Parity Program. Because I want you to feel: you are not alone. Email me for more details.
You're not just a number in a group.
Every participant gets three individual 1:1 sessions with me. Not optional. Not extra. Not for additional fee. Built in.
Because some things need space that a group can't always provide. And because transformation has private moments that deserve private attention.
Intake Session
Before the program starts · 30 minutes
We meet 1:1 so I can understand where you're arriving from. What brought you here? What are you hoping for? What are you afraid of? This is where trust begins — before the group ever meets.
Midpoint Session
Week 6 — The messy middle · 30 minutes
By Week 6, you've opened boxes you can't close. Things might feel more confused, not less. This is normal. This session is your space to process what's surfacing — privately, honestly, vulnerably.
Follow-up Session
4–6 weeks after the program ends · 30 minutes
The real test isn't Week 12. It's Week 18. Are the changes sticking? What's drifting? This session catches both the wins and the quiet slide back into old patterns. And if you want to continue working together, this is where we talk about what's next.
Hi. I'm Agnes.
I spent 25 years in technology. Developer, architect, consultant. I built a career that looked impressive on paper, a "good life" on the surface, and felt increasingly empty on the inside.
I know what it's like to be the person everyone comes to for answers — while quietly having no idea what you want for yourself.
My own transition took years. Forest walks. Sleepless nights. Tears. Self-doubt. I moved to a new country. I divorced. I lost and rebuilt everything.
And through all of it, the hardest part wasn't the change itself. It was doing it alone.
This program exists so that you don't have to.
I'm not going to tell you to "follow your passion" or "just take the leap." That advice is shallow, empty, and dangerous.
Instead, I'll walk beside you. Slowly. Honestly. Through the messy, emotional, and ultimately transformational work of figuring out what's next.
I've been doing this work 1:1 for years. But I've seen how much faster people move when they're not alone in the room. When someone across from them says, "Me too."
That's why I'm launching this group program—and why the founding cohort matters so much to me.
I'm an experienced transformational coach with a consulting background. I use frameworks when they help and throw them out when they don't. I walk with you hand-in-hand, making you feel you are never alone. I believe all emotions are welcome, that real change is never quick or painless, and that slowing down is often the fastest way forward.
One step at a time.

Questions you might have
Do I need to know what I want before joining?
No. That's exactly what the program helps you figure out. Most people arrive knowing something needs to change—but not what. That's not a problem. That's Stage 1.
What does "founding cohort" mean? Is this untested?
The framework isn't new - I've been coaching people through these four stages individually for years. What's new is the group format. You'll be the first group to experience this program together. That means you get my fullest attention (this is personal to me), a reduced founding rate, and a real voice in how the program evolves. It also means I'll ask for your honest feedback — because your experience will shape every cohort that follows.
I'm not sure if I'm "in transition." Am I?
If you're questioning your career, feeling stuck, burned out, or curious about what's next — you're in transition. Even if you haven't made any decisions yet. Even if you're still employed. The transition within starts long before the external change.
What's the time commitment?
One 90-minute live session every week or two (9 sessions over 12 weeks), plus 30-60 min between-session homework (journaling, exercises, walks). You will feel when you need more... The three individual sessions are 30 minutes each. It's designed for busy professionals — not to add to your overwhelm.
What if I miss a session?
Please try to attend live — the group experience is where the magic happens. If you miss a session, all the tools and downloadables will be shared with you, and I'll help you to catch up - but again, this is not a training. None of the sessions will be recorded.
If you know you'll miss more than 2 sessions, let's talk about whether a later cohort would be a better fit.
How is this different from a course?
A course gives you information. This program gives you transformation. It's live, interactive, and personal. You'll be seen, heard, and supported by a small group of peers and by me directly. There's no self-paced content to consume. There's real work to do, together.
I'm a private person. Do I have to share everything?
You share what you choose to share. The group agreements include strict confidentiality. Some people are more open; others process more quietly. Both are welcome. The individual sessions with me are your space for what the group can't hold.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can pay by Klarna flexible payments.
This price is a bit high for me. Is there a scholarship program?
A scholarship spot is also available - if finances are a barrier, please contact us first.
What if I start and realize it's not for me?
Let's talk. If you realize within the first two weeks that this isn't the right fit, we'll work something out. I'd rather you be in the right program than the wrong one.
When does the founding cohort start? What are the dates and times of the sessions?
Start date is 31 March 2026. Applications close 24 March 2026 or when all 8 spots are filled—whichever comes first. This is the very first cohort, so there's no waitlist for "next time" yet. If you're interested, apply now.
All sessions will be on Tuesdays, 17:00-18:30 CET. (Convert to your time zone HERE.)
After registration, you will get all the meeting invites with the Zoom connection info by email.
You don't need to have it all figured out.
You just need to take the first step.
The founding cohort starts on 31 March 2026.
8 spots. One small group. 12 weeks of real work.
You'll be the first to walk this path together.
If something in you said "yes" while reading this page—trust that.
